It's been a while! Fasting and Digestion part 1

Join me today for part 1 of Fasting and Digestion.  I had to break it up into two parts because I talked for a long time about these two important topics!  Fasting is not new, it just has a new publicist and it's getting a lot of attention.  I discussed fasting and digestion briefly in my 4 part Insulin Resistance episodes and now we take a deeper dive into both.  In part 1, I describe a simple definition of Fasting, what got us to the point of needing to use it as a tool (hint; marketing is one culprit), and the impact on being overfed on our digestion and overall health.  I provide the benefits and why I keep doing fasting despite my complaints that my body refuses to release weight (I know I'm not alone in this!)
