A lot of times communication is the only thing that can keep us from beginning our healing journey. Some need that final closure conversation and some need nothing more than to move forward. No matter the person, it is important to be able to communicate whether you want to or not.

Therapy Can Help

A lot of people of color are afraid of therapy. So many of us feel like we know everything my we need to know about our own lives and that no one can tell us anything different. Except that’s not a therapists job. Take a seat and listen to how my therapist is helping me.

Letting Go

Everyone moves into a phase eventually in life where they realize it may be time to let go. Although, it may be hard and you may not want to accept that it’s over, usually it’s been over for longer than you want to admit. This episode is about letting go and trusting the process. Acceptance

As people we go through many phases and most of the time we just go through them; rather than learning and taking away from each journey.
