Descripción

We are back, and we start off the new year with the introduction of a new member of the family, our new dog Tsuna! We go over the events, which lead to us (mainly Steph) adopting a new dog. We also finally give overview of what happened to Tito, and why it was so tough for us to talk about.  We miss him dearly, and are so thankful he was loved so much!  So grab your Champagne (or any drink you wish) and start off the new year with some fireworks and dog kisses! episode Kid Burnout? artwork

Kid Burnout?

In this episode, Stephanie and Jonathan discuss the possibility of burning out their kids.  With the girls doing a number of after school activities at a young age, when do we (or the girls) say that's enough.   We reflect back when we were kids, what activities we were in and the amount of times we fought to not do them anymore.  Are we doing the same thing with our girls? Are we forcing them into too many things? We risk them being overly tired for school, and resentment from them asking for a break. Do you want to keep your kids active, but they are resistant in wanting to do more things? Is there a thing as too much activities? How can you turn an activity into something you can do as a family? See where you fit in Let us know what you think! [https://www.buzzsprout.com/2145571/fan_mail/new]

episode Allowing "Me Time" For Your Spouse artwork

Allowing "Me Time" For Your Spouse

This week on SWTS we discuss the importance of giving your spouse the time they need for themselves.  Coming off our previous episode talking about self-care, we go through the difficulties that could arise when you have children, or when life just gets in the way, and how your spouse could help.  Its not always easy but when you have a supportive spouse or partner its best to do what you can for a mental break or activities. Its key to be aware and attentive of your significant other, because they may not say something, but if you notice something, then make the effort to help.   So call the time out, give a listen, and clear your head with us here at SWTS on ways we try and give each other time. episode The Stars and Self-Care with Daniella Shaw artwork

The Stars and Self-Care with Daniella Shaw

This week is a special episode as we collaborate and are joined by Daniella Shaw of "Stories and Self-Care".  Daniella a practicing divination reader sits down and gives us our very own readings.   She goes through the many ways how chart readings can help with your mental health and forecast what has happened, what is going on, and what is to come for us. Daniella's background as a mental health professional created her podcast, "Stories and Self-Care" as way to share stories of the people she interviews about the ways they take care of ones mental health and how listeners can relate to the guest and find new ways in helping themselves.  So join us on this cosmic adventure she takes us on as she reads our charts and explains with great detail what to expect from such a reading.
