I have a specialized understanding of holistic sleep solutions. Specifically, my research has focused on how lifestyle, stress, hormones, thyroid issues, gut health, and nutrition all impact sleep. In my practice, Sleep is Health, I help individuals who have struggled with sleep for years to sleep peacefully in a matter of days, using individualized programs and coaching. I have been there, I get it, when you haven’t slept well for a while, sleepiness can become the norm. It might seem like you are now used to fighting through days of low energy and poor concentration. The fact is sleep is health.
