Funnily enough, right before my birthday (right before the shedding of my last age, turning anew - makes sense). I had fallen into a place where I was giving until burnout, not making healthy decisions, and being a "yes man" to everything and everyone outside of me - a loop of people pleasing I thought I rid of years ago... but alas, the lessons always return, ten fold, to really test and teach us our true growth.
