Chef Biswal has received national awards and recognition for many major food guides for his unique and innovative food menu's The fine dining Anglo-Indian restaurant in Canterbury, offering “modern Mumbai dining”, has refreshed the concept as an “hyper local culinary journey” in homage to Geoffrey Chaucer’s 14th century ‘Canterbury Tales’ anthology. Amongst many concepts dishes, Chef Biswal also hosts cooking classes, musical Mondays and his latest passion - culinary tourism.
