Have you ever felt confused because sometimes you feel like an extrovert and love to spend time with people while others you are a total introvert and all you want is a nice night by yourself, watching Netflix with a warm bowl of mac and cheese?  Well, in this week's episode, I dive exactly into that: the dichotomy and confusion of feeling both lonely and overstimulated by people at the same time. We all want power. You might think that this is an overstatement but it is the truth. However, if that’s so… how do we get it?
