Episode 19: Mental Hygiene Before Going to Bed

In this episode, I want to talk to you about something simple, but really important. It’s for those days when something didn’t go well. Maybe a conversation left you feeling uneasy. Maybe a lesson just didn’t work. Maybe you’re still thinking about it, even though the day is already over. Sometimes we’re told, “Just be grateful” or “Find the silver lining.” But let’s be honest, that’s not always possible. Sometimes, we’re not ready to be thankful for something that hurt. And that’s okay. What you can do, though, is something I call mental hygiene, a short practice to help your mind feel a little clearer before bed. Think of it like brushing your teeth, but for your thoughts. Let’s walk through it together. Enjoy this episode!
