Are they having too much / enough sleep in 24 hours? Is the circadian rhythm optimised? (or mature enough) How is their nervous system state? Do they feel safe and calm enough to sleep? Then from there, if all of these are set and we’re still a bit stumped, we can start looking at some of these other factors.
