These two women are part of a four-person, all-female paramedic team who will represent Canada and go up against the best in the world! For 24 hours they’ll face twelve different scenarios, in every environment, over a 40 km radius. That’s pretty badass. They also talk about how to bounce back from burnout and PTSD, plus the tools they use every day to stay fresh and clear-headed.
