BG3: Why ‘Natural’ Food Labels Don’t mean much & What you can do about it.

In this episode we talk about the word 'Natural' on Food Labels and how it is so loosely regulated that a majority of foods, with this label, contain many unnatural ingredients. We also talk about ways to navigate grocery stores so you won’t be fooled by the term. We do think that artificial additives, high fructose corn syrup, and pesticides have their place but as mentioned in the podcast, most people would not consider these items natural.
