Episode 19: Meet Alanna Ogan DC

Welcome to Episode 19 with Alanna Ogan..  She is the founder and owner of Active Family Chiropractic, From her website. "Dr. Alanna Ogan came to Sioux Falls in February 2010, after practicing in St. Paul, MN for several years. Originally from Watertown, she wanted to get back to South Dakota and closer to her family while opening Active Family Chiropractic. Dr. Alanna’s big goal is to impact as many lives as possible through chiropractic, by making the community better and helping people live to 100% of their potential. Imagine what it would be like to live in Sioux Falls if everyone here functioned at 100%! When you stop by the office, you may also run into Atlas the Wonderdog.  He does his best to greet everyone that walks through the door (and yes, Atlas is subluxation-free, too!). During Dr. Alanna’s time in Sioux Falls, God has blessed Active Family Chiropractic with wonderful families that want to live life subluxation-free. He also dropped Alanna’s husband, Brandon, into her life. The two met when Brandon bought the house across the street from her. Brandon then married “the girl next door!” They have now built a home together and are looking forward to many more years together using their skills to serve the people in the Sioux Falls area."

Episode 18: Zero to Fifty with Alex Rubin

Since the inception of this podcast I am frequently asked questions about starting a nontherapeutic Chiropractic practice.  These come from both new practitioners starting from scratch or folks interested in transitioning their practice into the nontherapeutic model of Chiropractic.  I have been looking for someone who is just starting out to share their experience, and this person stopped by my office a few months ago.  Alex Rubin is doing exactly that.  He started his practice from scratch about three months ago and by all measures is off to a great start.  He is already profitable and thriving in only his first quarter of solo practice. In this unique episode we chat with Alex about his practice and taking it from point zero to his first 50 memberships.  He also chats about his plans for the next 50 and we even get a special chat with his sister who shares her experience of helping people and talking about Chiropractic to the people she meets.  We all had a great chat, and I hope you enjoy it as well.  Please share this with people you may know who need to hear it.

Episode 17 Eddy Robinson: Can it all be rainbows and unicorns?

Eddy Robinson is phenomenal.  He is the epitome of hard work and perseverance, with the confidence to live his life being faithful to his personality.    If you are in your practice (and your life) and it does not feel like you are being authentic to who you are, then have a listen to Eddy.   Eddy started this practice only a few short years ago and he candidly shares how he has built it from zero into a thriving happy place for his community.  He shares his story about how he realized that a nontherapeutic Chiropractic practice was the right path for him.  Lastly, I must say that Eddy gave the BEST answer I have heard in this series as to who has been the greatest influence in his life!  I hope you enjoy as much as I did.
