I promise we haven't given up! I have just been stuck on traveling assignments for the past 2 months and have not be able to get home to record a new episode! Thanks to both our listeners and out Guest's, this has gotten bigger than I ever dreamed it would.

She talks about her career and how she dealt with being a Woman (& Minority) throughout her time in the industry. She gives some great advice for those pursuing a career in construction and specifically for women joining the workforce.
