Acerca de The Daily Office Chanted

The Daily Office Chanted is a podcast of Episcopal Morning Prayer, Evening Prayer, and Compline from The Book of Common Prayer (1979), sung in Gregorian chant. Whether you are an Episcopalian, an Anglican, or simply seeking a deeper rhythm of prayer, this podcast invites you into the beauty of the Daily Office through sung liturgy and contemplative chant. As St. Augustine said, “Qui cantat, bis orat”—“He who sings, prays twice.” For centuries, Gregorian chant has shaped Christian prayer, carrying the words of Scripture and the prayers of the Church with reverence, beauty, and stillness. This podcast is a free devotional ministry and contains no advertisements. If it has been a blessing to you, your financial support helps cover hosting, production, and equipment costs. Donation links are available in each episode’s show notes. Thank you for your support!
