My reflection after years of *ketogenic* eating vs incorporating carbs | what works best for me

#theketochiro #carbs #reflections    In this video I reflect on my diet / nutrition over the last 4.5 years that began via dealing w/ pre-diabetic symptoms and undertaking a strict keto diet with 60-70% fats and reaping all the benefits for greater than 6 months. However , I began having some unpleasant symptoms as I discuss in this video. After incorporating more carbs post workout and drinking sugary energy drinks from time to time it seemed to negate those symptoms.  over the last 2 years (since starting this channel) I have dabbled in and out of a Predominate "HIGH FAT" diet and going higher protein and incorporating plenty of cheat days with bad food while running many miles during the week.
