FOTH Note-Constitutional Crisis: The Trump Regime's Predictable Violation of the Constitutional Order

In this FOTH Note (a short episode), FOTH host, Donny Williams, discusses the Trump Regime's willful defiance of a federal judge's order not to deport individuals under the Alien Enemies Act of 1788 without first giving the individuals a hearing, which is required under the Due Process Clause of the United States Constitution. Williams points out that this intentional provocation by the Trump regime follows the tired and predictable, yet effective playbook of all fascist regimes. Williams then encourages listeners to acknowledge the fact that the Trump regime and the Republican Party have abandoned the social compact that is the United States Constitution, and as a result, there can be no peaceful resolution to the differences between the factions of the United States.  Williams advises listeners to make an honest decision within themselves as to whether they will live subject to the whims of a Trump dictatorship, or fight, and possibly die to persevere a more perfect version of our constitutional republic.

Chosen People = Master Race

Host Donny Williams uses FOTH Episode 2 "Chosen People = Master Race," to celebrate the departure from the 2024 race and to praise Vice President Harris's ferocious takeover the party.  Williams takes the opportunity to indicate his intent to push the Harris/Walz ticket to change Israel policy, including banning IDF soldiers from U.S. soil, an arms embargo, and aiding the International Criminal Court in prosecuting Netanyahu and other Israeli government officials for their crimes against humanity.  Williams, however, challengers those who are involved in the Palestinian liberation movement NOT to equate the potential impact of a Harris Presidency on the Palestinian people with the far more destructive impact of a second Trump term. Williams cautions supporters of the Palestine liberation movement not to risk allowing Trump to win the Presidency by voting for third party candidates. He points out that Trump will aid Israel in its ultimate goal to exterminate the Palestinian people because, ultimately, Trump believes that Israelis are Chosen People, another word for a master race.

In the pilot episode of Fool on the Hill Podcast, host, Donny Williams, critiques the Democrats' response to the attempted assassination of Donald J. Trump and encourages the party to adopt a more realistic and honest message: that Donald Trump played with fire through 8 years of violent rhetoric, only to get burned by the fire he started.  In the second segment, Williams asks listeners to imagine a race without Joe Biden at the head of the ticket and asks everyone listening to head to www.passthetorchjoe.com to sign the petition asking Biden to leave the race and find out what other actions listeners can take to push Biden out and defeat Trump once and for all.
