We see so many people who seem to be on the newest, latest, greatest diet...only for it to fail We start a diet in preparation for an event, such as a wedding or holiday. We get in shape (if lucky) and let it go soon after. Ending up back where we started, or sometimes...even worse! This cycle continues time and time again and it feels like you're always on a diet.
