Are they always uncontrollable, incomprehensible, privacy-eating systems? She argues no: in proper measure they have the power to do enormous good in the world.  Much of the book draws its argument from beyond law, so in this episode she focused on the specifics of the legal world, especially when it comes to access to justice and dispute resolution systems.
