On a cold winter’s day, I got in the car with Frederic Deltour. Who is Frederic? He has quite an extraordinary personal journey from being a judoka at a young age to going into professional stuntman, model and personal trainer. Over the past fifteen years, his professional life has taken the path of becoming a personal (life) coach, yoga, Tai Chi and also meditation teacher. I have wanted to interview Frederic for a while, as I have always felt that what’s special about talking to him, is that you can’t “hide behind” what you are saying, you can’t pretend to be someone you are not. Frederic will make you connect to yourself in a way that I can only consider a gift. It’s the gift of helping people realise who they truly are. I guess you can only have that effect on people, if you are genuinely in touch with your own reality, and that is why Frederic is such an inspiration for me. I invite you to listen to Frédéric explain how you can start seeing your reality and find your own happiness. Being part of this conversation was a blessing for me, and you will definitely see me thinking long and hard at certain times, it wasn't the easiest, lol - I am still learning so much watching this again.
