Then onto … This week’s episode is about how sometimes we can fall into the pattern of treating our morning routine like a list of habits we just have to check off, but we’re not actually connecting into the habits or connecting into the energy of the morning habits.  For example, gratitude journaling but just writing out a list for the sake of creating a list, versus actually feeling gratitude and a grateful energy towards each thing / person you may list during your journaling. It’s about the energy behind the habit and I truly feel like connecting to that 10x any habit or routine you may be doing, especially the habits you choose to do at the start of your day.
