Welcome to the I OM Podcast Series hosted by Alisha Price. In this series host Alisha Price talks with practitioners of Orgasmic Meditation as they share the unique story of what brought them to the practice, how they first got started, central themes of their practice, specific challenges they’ve worked with and the profound benefits they’ve experienced both immediately and over time. OM stands for Orgasmic Meditation. OM is a partnered attention training practice, which follows a predefined consistent set of guidelines. The practice involves one person gently stroking the clitoris of the other person for 15 minutes while both place their attention on the point of contact and expand their ability to attune to the sensations that arise between them. About Alisha Price Alisha is a long time practitioner of OM as well as a senior facilitator of the practice. Known for her incisive insight and generous, wide field of permission, Alisha empowers her students to be fully and completely themselves.
