Acerca de The Inspectations Podcast

This is The Inspectations Podcast, hosted by Justin Starbird, CEO of The Aebli Group. In business, one of the most difficult tasks a leader must do is find a way to “Inspect what they expect.” Too often great businesses fail, or managers lose their way because they were operating based on expectations that they had not yet inspected. Most often, there is a communication breakdown between what the desired outcome is and the path to follow to get there. The Inspectations Podcast brings together business leaders from all industries to talk about best practices, innovation, leadership, and business development. The concept was born from an internal conversation with the TAG Team resulting in the realization that process & systems could be improved. You are listening to The Inspectations Podcast.

It isn't goodbye, it is see you later

After 47 episodes of inspiring conversations, business insights, and meaningful relationships, we’re closing the book on The Inspectations Podcast, and opening a bold new one with The TAGline Podcast. [https://www.youtube.com/@taglinepodcast] Originally created to help people “inspect what they expect,” Inspectations became a proving ground for new ideas, tools, and strategies that shaped The Aebli Group’s evolution. It gave us the space to talk with friends, clients, and industry leaders while cementing our business model and voice. But as we grew, so did our audience and direction. It became clear that our original branding no longer fit. We needed a platform that reflected where we are and who we serve today. That’s why we’re excited to introduce The TAGline Podcast, powered by The Aebli Group [https://www.aebligroup.com]. Built for B2B leaders, this next chapter is focused on sharing real-world success stories, actionable marketing insights, and lessons learned—the hard way and the smart way. We believe human-to-human marketing is still at the core of business growth, and transparency, expectation-setting, and brand clarity are what separate good from great. Thank you for being part of the journey. We’re just getting started. 🎧 Learn more at aebligroup.com [https://www.aebligroup.com]🔗 Connect with us on LinkedIn [https://www.linkedin.com/company/the-aebli-group/]📬 Subscribe to the TAGLine Newsletter [https://www.linkedin.com/build-relation/newsletter-follow?entityUrn=7189636929942880256] for weekly insights
