Episode #1 - Year "One" of the rest of Your Life, Now What?

How do you change a thought?  Are your thoughts rooted in fear or prosperity? Well if you're anything like me and you are stubborn, my thoughts were rooted in fear. I made almost everything harder than it had to be.  I  asked myself why would did I do that? And the answer was revealed to me, Well In my case it’s Because I believed, the more "I" gave up, (The greater the cost) or the more difficult it was, and the harder I  worked, the  greater reward would be.  It took me 40+ years of doing it the this way to find out it isn't true.  it's fraudulent  learned thinking...It can be undone, Let's listen see if we feel some ease.
