Is תורה a prerequisite for תשובה, or is לימוד התורה a form of תשובה?  Or maybe the result of תשובה can be attained through לימוד התורה.  Or maybe there are two forms of תשובה and one of those forms is primarily through לימוד התורה. Is לימוד התורה a better form of תשובה or just different? Can I have one without the other?
