Is תורה a prerequisite for תשובה, or is לימוד התורה a form of תשובה?  Or maybe the result of תשובה can be attained through לימוד התורה.  Or maybe there are two forms of תשובה and one of those forms is primarily through לימוד התורה. Is לימוד התורה a better form of תשובה or just different? Can I have one without the other? What is the difference between לשם שמים and לשמה? Is there an ענין  of עמילות בתורה if I can figure out the סוגיא  with my feet up "chilling" on a shtickel from ר' אהרן?
