Quarterfinals Season!
The 2021 CrossFit Games season kicked off March 11 with the worldwide Open. As announced in December, the 2021 season [https://games.crossfit.com/article/2021-season-schedule-beginning-open-march-11]looks different than years past. For aspiring individual athletes and teams, the season begins with the Open and progresses to the Quarterfinals, Semifinals, Last-Chance Qualifier, and ultimately the 2021 CrossFit Games. So what exactly are the stages of the season [https://games.crossfit.com/about-the-games] and how do they work? We’re going to break it down for you starting with the Quarterfinals. WHO The top 10 percent of men and women and top 25 percent of teams from the CrossFit Open on each continent will be invited to compete in the online Quarterfinals. Any athlete or team wishing to compete in the Quarterfinals must accept their invitation and register for Quarterfinals before the close of the competition.

Brian is a coach at Koda CrossFit Tulsa with a diverse background in fitness. He has experience competing at some of the highest levels of the sport but has also honed his craft as a coach over the past 10 years while serving in the US Army where he regularly pursued fitness and nutrition coaching education.
