The Long-Lived Lifestyle
Today's episode explores Xia Harris's transition from teen to adulthood. Xia so graciously shares how sports ending changed her life, how valuable support has been as she rerouted her dreams, and how she found a way to get her college paid for. FREE COLLEGE WHAT? Yep, you read that right. From Sterling, IL, Xia Harris is a software engineering student at Arizona State University, barista, and ordinary 20 year old figuring life out. In the midst of stressful high school, she realized that she had a passion for spreading mental health awareness and helping others. She wants to show everyone that goals are attainable if you work at them and take each day in stride while allowing yourself the grace and time to heal from generational traumas and create a life for yourself. In her free time, she loves to read on her kindle in her reading nook, watch cringeworthy reality tv, study, and spend time with family while creating self care routines in her daily life. _____________________________________________________ Want to share your journey on The Long-Lived Lifestyle Podcast?
