What is Love anyway?  In this episode we talk about true balanced love and how to find it, not only outside of ourselves, but most importantly within. We touch on the best ways to protect ourselves and our energy, but also the best ways to nourish and nurture ourselves such as inner child healing and self care. To close out we have an always amazing energetic exercise to infuse ourselves with that beautiful love we’re all so worthy and deserving of! Learning From My Mistakes

It's not about the mistakes we make, but the lessons we learn from each mistake that's important.
