We touch on the best ways to protect ourselves and our energy, but also the best ways to nourish and nurture ourselves such as inner child healing and self care. To close out we have an always amazing energetic exercise to infuse ourselves with that beautiful love we’re all so worthy and deserving of! Learning From My Mistakes

It's not about the mistakes we make, but the lessons we learn from each mistake that's important. In this episode, we’ll talk about things I’m excited to bring and introduce into the podcast moving forward.
