Welcome! The LOWdown is a podcast hosted by Myself (Low) as well as Lourdes (Lo) and Alexis (Lex). I have always loved the conversations these girls and I have in person. Real conversation requires honesty, transparency and sometimes vulnerability. This is why I always leave these hangouts feeling EMPOWERED or at peace. I wanted a way to preserve these conversations. This podcast centers around intentionality and having authentic conversations around different topics every week. It's more like a time capsule or a way to preserve our conversations for now!
