Thank you to everyone who has been tuning into our podcast and all the support we have had from our listeners. 'Better Men' begins a new series for the Men's Pocket Guide Podcast and a new direction. We have searched deep in the direction we have taken with this series, we (Rob and Rich) are men of Christian faith and we don't want to ignore our faith when talking through all the topics we have been exploring, which is why this series focuses on still an encouraging and life giving, strength building message but one which does focus around our faith and how that faith has helped us build healthier and stronger lives. 'Better Men' discusses 3 common male behaviours, which can often can be quite negative and destructive, if we recognise them within ourselves we can change and create a healthier and happier version of ourselves.

Black Lives Matter
