The Mental Society
Today I am joined by Dylan Newcomb. Dylan and I discuss the importance of nonverbal communication and how we can use sound and movement to heal from the inside out. Dylan is a world-renowned expert in embodiment and has dedicated over two decades to helping individuals transform unhealthy stress and live a more fulfilling life. After studying dance performance and music composition at the Juilliard School, Dylan danced with the Netherlands Dance Theater, receiving numerous awards as a choreographer-composer in the Netherlands. In 2001, he co-founded the Danslab Institute for Movement Research, where he conducted extensive cross-cultural research on the relationship between vocal sounds, breath, movement, and behavior—laying the foundation for developing UZAZU Embodied Intelligence, a comprehensive personal growth modality.
