Cherub Sanson: Don't repress the mess, express it, shake it out. The use of sound to balance chaos and spreading love, colour and joy

On this episode of The Mess We're In I talk to the sonic goddess that is Cherub Sanson. [https://www.cherubsanson.com/] Cherub is a sound artist, teacher and protectress of high frequency. She also operates and vibrates at the highest frequency and you cannot help but feel joy in her presence and be positively effected by the immense energy she emanates. I'm lucky enough to have met her many moons ago whilst living in Leeds, in a very different energetic period of our lives and have watched her phenomenal career in sound build over the years into the empire it is now. When we understand that we are all energy, constantly vibrating at different frequencies, our perspectives shift. You can find our more about Cherub , the teachings she offers with partner in sound Tim Wheater on her website and purchase her own branded Cherabella crystal bowls . Also follow her on INSTAGRAM [https://www.instagram.com/cherub.sanson] where you'll find info about events she's involved in, the sister sound circles , prayer circles she offers and more. The album she references at the end of the episode is the gorgeous 'Where is Home' by Abel Selaocoe [https://open.spotify.com/album/6IYAr9pzGQJ2c9I5ZWuYEb?si=jPkyLhO9SpSo6Jl5ETStFQ] It would mean so much if you enjoy this episode if you hit FOLLOW / SUBSCRIBE for a regular dose of messy chats.
