Ep. 7- Outsourcing, Everyone's Doing It!  Hi friends!! In this episode, I chat all about OUTSOURCING! Outsourcing absolutely changed the game in my business and has helped me to be a better photographer and business owner. Some tasks can feel daunting and a little overwhelming, that’s where outsourcing comes into play. Any task that makes you feel like this can probably be outsourced Earlier this year, I decided that I finally wanted to create my website but the biggest hurdle were the words. Every time I wanted to get working on it, I would continue to push it to the side. I finally decided that this was going to be something that I wanted someone else to do. I was lucky enough to have a copywriter who is also enrolled in the mastermind with me. SHE IS AMAZING!!! She helped me find my brand voice and asked all the right questions to help her best capture what I sounded like. She worked so hard to complete this hefty task for me and it was worth it. This outsourcing job changed it all for me. Now I go as far as to outsource the editing of this podcast, editing when I am busy working on other things and SO much more. Please note, whatever you decide to outsource, make sure you do your research and find a person who will best represent you and your brand.
