Hey Guys, Welcome to the first OFFICIAL episode of The Bliss Project. Wow…what a 2 weeks it has been, am I’m excited to share with you what I have implemented, learned and discovered so far. My intention for this project is to give you an insight into my journey as well as to inspire you to potentially create some meaningful change in your life also. I know without a doubt, that if I am feeling this way, many others are too, so together we get to take this journey and learn and grow together in more BLISS! I invite you to take what feels good for you, and leave the rest. It’s all perfect. As I mention in this weeks episode, the 3 key things I have focused in this last 2 weeks have been… 1. Daily meditation (not negotiable) for 22:22 2. Having intentional NO PHONE time 3. No longer using filters on socials (THIS IS A BIG ONE!) I also share a question for you to reflect on that may offer you some insight into where you need to make some changes of your own to welcome more bliss into your life.
