Despite the challenges, Juan's determination shone through, leading him to purchase his first house at just 19. Reflecting on his home buying experience, he credits his loan officer, Robert Coomer, and real estate agent for guiding him through the process. 🏠
Realizing his dissatisfaction with the corporate structure, Juan made a bold decision to transition into real estate full-time. Joining Century 21 Americana under Juan Martinez's mentorship, he honed his skills and achieved remarkable success in his first few years.
