Saritha has worked with various mental health agencies, provided clinical supervision for professionals pursuing licensure, and served as an Adjunct Instructor at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas School of Social Work. She specializes in trauma-informed, culturally responsive care and is committed to creating inclusive spaces for healing and growth. Beyond direct clinical work, she offers consultation to community agencies and facilitates professional trainings on topics such as trauma, youth mental health, and cultural competence.
