66. Feeling Stuck? This Might be Why

Sometimes, we can get so focused on a specific goal, condition, or outcome that we accidentally make it our higher power- an idol. When we think, 'If I can just get/feel _______, I'll be okay" we are also signaling to ourselves that without that thing or feeling, we are not okay. Which ultimately shifts our focus away from God while creating stress, pressure, and even hyper-vigilance.
