Goal Setting
Have you ever been called a over achiever, or dreamer because you set so many goals?? Setting goals is a process that starts with careful consideration of what you want to achieve, and ends with a lot of hard work to actually do it. In this episode I explain why It is important to set goals. Without goals you can't get to where you want to be in life. Goal setting for moms is important not only for us to reach our goals for self-fulfillment, but also to be an example to our kids. ... Teaching them about hard work and follow-through is something we as parents need to teach our children. We need to be showing them that hard work really does pay off! Tune in to this episode y'all as we talk about goals and how beneficial it can be.

Post Partum Anxiety/Depression with Amanda Gurman
Pregnancy and birth tend to be very difficult, but the postpartum can be the worst of it all. After all of all the excitement you have your baby. Many women don't feel like they are there selves. Often they feel discouraged, down or hopeless and struggle to have that connection with they're babies.
