From coming through at QPR to playing for clubs including Charlton Athletic, Wycombe Wanderers, Oxford United, Gillingham, and becoming the first English player to play for Red Star Belgrade, Josh’s journey through football has been anything but ordinary. Along the way, he’s achieved four career promotions and earned over 50 international caps representing Antigua & Barbuda, experiencing the game through different cultures, pressures, and environments.
In the first half of the episode, we dive into Josh’s football journey the highs of promotion, adapting to football abroad, representing his country internationally, and the mentality needed to sustain a long career across different levels of the game.
