She leads the team responsible for scaling the home services brand across North America, with a focus on building a best-in-class customer experience and an operating platform that helps franchise partners grow successful local businesses. Previously, Katie served as Vice President of Strategy + Creative at BRANDLIVE Group, where she led large-scale experiential and brand initiatives for global stages including international conferences and massive live events. Earlier in her career, she produced TEDActive in Palm Springs, helping bring ambitious ideas to life through meticulously executed live experiences. These roles sharpened her reputation for turning ambitious visions into reality while juggling complex logistics, global teams, and tight timelines. Katie holds a master’s degree from the London School of Economics, where she studied the intersection of business, culture, and human behavior—an interest that continues to shape how she thinks about brands, leadership, and growth. She lives in Vancouver with her husband Jeff, and young son Ace.
