Your body may be the answer. In this video, I share my reflections on awareness of the body and how it can help you calm your mind. I recently went on a three day camp camping trip Specifically to reconnect with my body so that I can put my mind in a state of optimal performance for an intense phase of work that I’m about to enter. A mind that wanders all over the place is not very useful when studying or doing mental work and this is one of the ways how I bring my mind to a state of complete peace and stillness so that I can use it to reach my goals.
