My name is Charlotte Ellis and I am The Spiritual Survivor. I am a Rape & Sexual Assault Survivor, and I am here to get up in everybody's faces about this unspoken about subject. Through the episodes in this podcast, I will be sharing my story and experiences, being very transparent about every stage of the reporting process. Later on in the episodes I will be bringing you the tools and techniques that I have personally used to get me from being a VICTIM to a SURVIVOR! A Letter To My Employer....

Hello gorgeous souls! I know that in my previous podcast I said that the next episode was going to be about reporting my rape to the police. But that just didn't align with me just yet. What did spark fire in my belly was my old employers. I felt the need this evening to write a letter to them, explaining how they had failed me. As it was quite a lengthly letter, I thought it would be good to turn it into a podcast. So here you are, my letter to my employer. I hope you enjoy.
