He also is a Mental Health advocate, a Trauma Healing Facilitator, Addictions Recovery specialist, Interventionist, Treasurer and Board Member of Addictions Prevention & Rehabilitation Association of Kenya. He is in active addictions recovery for 20 years. Currently based at the coast , he works with the Eden House Group as a Treatment coordinator for the Eden treatment facilities at the coast.
