Katie is a part of our school and one of the most loving and caring coaches we've met. A conversation with Ethan Tan: What does it REALLY take to be a thriving coach?

Ethan is a coach in our school and since we've known him he's created miracles. He has a dedication and devotion to growing as a human, a father, a husband and a coach that is unique to him.    When we first met Ethan he had questions about the 'how' when it comes to growing a practice and making money, he also had some personal desires to serve more deeply and be more present in his business and in his life.    These questions have led him on an exploration of discovering who he is, and where the meaning of his life is created, these insights have allowed Ethan to serve and impact people on an incredible deep level.
