Most people think Yogi’s are so zen & meditate all day but I want to show you that yoga is far beyond poses, it’s a lifestyle of trial and error & a journey that never ends. I’ll talk motherhood, how it’s crazy, chaotic, loving, emotional, but yet rewarding. Let’s talk real life stuff, husbands who drive us crazy, wellness, & beautiful healing stories! Be prepared to hear crying kids in the backyard, the tv, me stepping on a damn LEGO, maybe a sh*t here & there. All you’ll get is raw authenticity & wisdom from my soul!

There are two things that we can completely control, our breath and our minds! Definitely harder to control the mind but the mind needs exercise just like the body.
