Before COVID-19, Grace had been living in the US for 3 years then had to catch a last minute flight to get home before border closures and restrictions. Grace opens up about what it's been like to move back in with her parents, graduate her college program online and reach those emotional ‘tipping points’ that we’ve all experienced over the last few months.  Change can be a SUPER uncomfortable experience but  nothing good or better can come without change. Thriving in a foreign country amidst a worldwide pandemic with Alina

Alina grew up in Eastern Washington but has recently relocated to Japan to teach English.  Alina shares inspiring insight into what it’s been like to live in a foreign country during this time and how she has found joy through appreciating ‘the little things’ in life.  This season provokes a full spectrum of emotions and Alina shares how important it is for our mental health that we express these good, bad and ugly feelings as they come.  You are not alone!
