This year's theme, 'Invest in Women and Accelerate Progress,' sets the stage for our discussion with Andidiong Okon on effectively navigating gender governance in societies marked by imbalance. What better way to invest in women and accelerate progress than by getting gender governance right?  Andidiong is a Gender Governance Expert with a diverse background. She has collaborated with both state and non-state actors to advance women's causes. She has also played a pivotal role in advancing open contracting initiatives across Africa in her capacity as Programs Manager for Africa at OCP.  Additionally, Andidiong is also actively involved in advocacy work, supporting survivors of terrorist attacks and promoting child education through various foundations. In her leisure time, she enjoys running, advocating for women's rights, traveling, and participating in a book club. Currently, she serves as the Program Director for Public Digital.
