episode Saying Yes to the Universe artwork

Saying Yes to the Universe

Saying yes to the universe is saying yes to your soul’s deepest desires. But here’s the truth—saying yes doesn’t mean accepting everything as perfect. It means being willing to face what life places in front of you and trusting that even the hard stuff has a purpose. Most of us spend our days saying yes to what we like and no to what we don’t. But real transformation begins when we acknowledge what isn’t working, because only then can change happen. Saying yes is an act of trust—trust in yourself, trust in the universe, and trust that every experience is an invitation to grow. At first, it might feel scary. It might even feel painful. But each time you lean into yes, you open the door wider for joy, for lessons, for alignment. Saying yes is the beginning of a conversation with the universe, and that single word carries the power to change everything. So today, I invite you—say yes. episode When Someone Uses your Sensitivity Against You! artwork

When Someone Uses your Sensitivity Against You!

There are people who see right into your heart—not to honor it, but to twist it. That can leave you shaken, betrayed, and doubting yourself. But hear me: what they did is not a reflection of your worth. It’s a reflection of their wounds. When it’s time to let go, start with grace. Feel the hurt. Grieve what was lost. Honor the pain. Then little by little, invite the light back in—through journaling, therapy, creativity, or quiet moments in nature. Your sensitivity was never the problem. It’s your gift—your quiet superpower, your ability to love deeply and feel fully. Healing doesn’t mean pretending it never happened; it means turning pain into wisdom. You are worthy of relationships that treasure your empathy, not take advantage of it. And as you step into your own light, those relationships will find you. episode Keep First Dates Short and Sweet artwork

Keep First Dates Short and Sweet

Another piece of advice I have on dating is this: keep the first few dates short. You’re busy, you’ve got a life, and you don’t need to spend an entire day or night with someone you just met—no matter how fun or exciting it feels. Set a time boundary: two and a half to three hours max. That’s plenty for dinner and maybe a movie. It keeps the energy light, leaves him wanting more, and allows the relationship to grow at a gradual pace without giving too much too soon. Here’s why it works: long dates can actually backfire. They leave room for boredom, awkward lulls, or even turning someone off. But a shorter date keeps things fresh, fun, and unfinished—so he’s looking forward to the next time. And one more non-negotiable: you do not go back to his place, and he doesn’t come back to yours. Protect your boundaries and let the connection unfold naturally. Remember: mystery is magnetic, and pacing is powerful. Support the show [https://www.buzzsprout.com/2424844/support]

episode First Date Advice: Never Kiss on First Date artwork

First Date Advice: Never Kiss on First Date

If you’re going on a first date, hear me on this—no matter how attracted you are, no matter how hard it feels, I believe you never kiss on the first date or worse more.  I coach so many women who come to me asking, “Why did he ghost me? Why didn’t he want a second date? Why can’t I find a boyfriend?” And almost every time I ask, “Did you kiss him or give him everything on the first date?” their answer is yes. Here’s the truth: when you give your body up too soon, you send a message—whether you mean to or not. That maybe this is how you are with everyone, that you don’t fully honor or respect yourself. And it takes away the mystery, the excitement, the reason for him to want more. Relationships are meant to grow and blossom slowly. Leave room for curiosity, for respect, for anticipation. Because when you value yourself enough to wait—you teach the other person to value you too. Support the show [https://www.buzzsprout.com/2424844/support]

episode From Complaining to Creating Joy! artwork

From Complaining to Creating Joy!

I have a client whose mindset we’ve been working on—and the shift has been incredible. She went from constantly complaining and focusing on what was wrong… to intentionally finding the good, even in her struggles. And everything has started to change. She’s attracting new romantic partners. She’s feeling joy in her everyday life. She’s finally comfortable in her own body. And she wakes up every morning excited for her new career. This didn’t happen by accident—it started with one intention: choosing to focus on what’s going right instead of what’s going wrong. Because when you find the good in the challenges, you draw in more positivity. Your energy becomes magnetic. Your life expands. And just like her—you wake up to a reality that feels brand new.
