If you were born in the 80's or early 90's, do you remember writing notes back and forth to your friends in school??  I feel like that was my first experience with journaling.  Except I was giving it to a trusted friend.  If something was on my mind or I was upset, I wrote a note.  If I was excited about something, I wrote a note.  If I needed to explain myself, I wrote a note.  Anyone else?? Foods can either fuel you or drain you.  And not just physically!  More and more research is coming out that indicates your diet may influence your mood. In recent years, evidence shows that food can contribute to the development, prevention, and management of mental health conditions, including depression and anxiety disorders.   Loving your body and fueling it properly is a form of self-love.  You only get one body...so love on it and take care of it!   **While good nutrition is an important component of your emotional well-being, it is not a substitute for proper medical care and treatment.
